Job Title: Regulatory & Production Compliance Coordinator - Centennial, CO- RQ 18-52

TAQA USA, Inc. is currently searching for a Regulatory & Production Compliance Coordinator. Reporting to the General Manager & CFO, the Regulatory & Production Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for managing the production related software, and is responsible for the regulatory reporting compliance and submission. They will be the face of TAQA with the regulatory bodies governing the US activity. Communication with the land, finance, operations and field teams is a key element of the position.

Job Description:

  • Prepare/monitor regulatory requirements, filings and audits with State, Federal and Tribal agencies
  • Facilitate and maintain good standing and prudent operator relationships with the agencies
  • Validation of extracted data and maintenance of data setup within Production Explorer/Field Direct software
  • Maintain and support the well master and the production module in the BOLO system
  • Process production accounting in BOLO, meet internal deadlines, and file State Regulatory Reports
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal US Field and Land team members, and the Operations, Regulatory, HSSE, Asset Integrity, and IT teams in Calgary
  • Perform relevant analysis as requested
  • Special projects related to any changes in business needs

Qualifications Required:

  • 5+ years oil and gas experience
  • College Degree, preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Montana, North Dakota and Wyoming requirements
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong computer literacy with the Microsoft Office products with emphasis in Excel
  • Experience with production accounting software; BOLO and Production Explorer/Field Direct preferred
  • Ability to be exacting, thorough and attentive to detail in order to identify variances while still meeting required deadlines
  • Ability to maintain good working relationships and work well with various corporate levels and diverse groups
  • Effective team player that maintains flexibility to adapt to a variety of requests
